Anapola Mushkadiz is a Mexican actress and currently employed in art designed.
The couple of movies that she starred in weren't originally made for the English-speaking audience but were translated. When translated in English, these movies are A Simple Love Story and Battle in Heaven. The latter one shows very explicit sex scenes which is what got her a bit of popularity. The movie came out in 2005 and is still one of the sought after movies. There was also a documentary made about that movie where Anapola appears in.
A year later, she changed the genre of the movie she initially starred in, and released a movie called H20dio - a bit of a thriller with horror scenes. The movie was made for the Italian market but is also available in English under Hate 2 O. Her last project in the movie world was in a Mexican drama Opera ('07) where she actually worked behind the cameras, in the art department. The movie itself won 3 awards but none that can be accredited to her. Battle in Heaven with it's explicit scenes got her to openly comment on sex and nudity in today's world and how everyone is pretending to be prude but there is sex as soon as you turn the TV on. She is more popular in Mexico than she is world-wide and stepping away from movie world further diminished that popularity.
